The views from Music Road Resort were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning sight of the mountains and the peaceful flow of the Little Pigeon River was a truly unforgettable experience. I also enjoyed a lovely interaction with the staff who went out of their way to make my stay special, and the complimentary amenities like the outdoor water park were a delightful surprise.

The breakfast options were limited and I wished there was more variety to choose from.

The Music Road Resort was an absolute gem during my stay in Pigeon Forge. The room with a balcony and cable TV was spotless and perfectly tailored to our liking. The stunning views of the Little Pigeon River and the Great Smoky Mountains were breathtaking, making it an ideal spot for a romantic getaway. The on-site amenities like the heated indoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor water park provided fantastic recreational options for the whole family.

Although the included breakfast was standard, the dining area was overcrowded with a long line every day. It would have been great to have a more efficient process to avoid the wait, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay at Music Road Resort.

The room is elegant, comes with jacuzzi, fireplace. It has unbeatable and cozy setting in the heart of town.

Clean hotel, updated room, courteous and polite staff. Favourable location outside of the undesired extra walking everything was fantastic, in the nice area. For tea or coffee visit Gigi's Cupcakes nearby.

I chose this hotel for a town hall meeting and was impressed by the exceptional experiences provided by the professional staff. The facilities were accommodating for work purposes and the central location made it convenient for all attendees.

One service that would have been beneficial for my work trip is a dedicated meeting room or conference space within the hotel.

I loved this incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable place, stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel had a marvellous location near a two - story wax museum. And it was also not far from large cemetery, and all the attractions, shops, and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. The room I booked was cleaned just sheets put on bed and available with air hockey.

Really had such wonderful stay during holidays. Exceptionally clean place with supper friendly staff and nice view of the mountain.

we had a fantastic stay at music road resort hotel and inn. everything was spot on. the rooms were quiet, linens fluffy, and the pool and fitness center were a hit with the kids. easy access to nearby attractions and the bathroom was spacious and clean. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Well-kept and wonderful hotel, its facilities are overall nice. Large beds and central heating, TV, and a microwave oven.

The room was so cozy and spacious with a great kitchenette and a beautiful view from the balcony. I really enjoyed the newly renovated bathroom with the double sink vanity.

I personally found the fireplace a bit unnecessary for my taste.

The outdoor lazy river and indoor pools are mind-blowing, open 24 hours! Super clean rooms with cozy mountain views, plus breakfast options. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Staff is wonderful, and the patio area has a jaw-dropping creek view.

The hotel had a favourable location close to a Tennessee museum.

I always choose this hotel. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, snack bar, and more. I'm coming back for Easter.
